How to measure size?
Please stand outside and face the door to confirm the direction of opening.
Step 1: Determine the Door Opening Direction (Stand outside, facing the door)
There are 4 basic types:
Right Outward Opening When standing outside facing the door, the hinges are on your right, and the door swings outward (toward you) to the right.
Left Outward Opening When standing outside facing the door, the hinges are on your left, and the door swings outward (toward you) to the left.
Right Inward Opening When standing outside facing the door, the hinges are on your right, and the door swings inward (away from you) to the right.
Left Inward Opening When standing outside facing the door, the hinges are on your left, and the door swings inward (away from you) to the left.
