WPC Door
WPC door stands for Wood Plastic Composite door. It is a modern alternative to traditional wooden doors that are made of a combination of wood fiber and thermoplastic materials. The WPC door-making process starts by mixing wood fiber or sawdust with plastic pellets to create a homogenous mixture. The mixture is then passed through an extrusion process to create the door shape. The extruded material is then cut into the desired door sizes and shapes.

1. Extrusion
