Cargo loading
1. Pre-Loading Preparation
Inspect the container interior thoroughly. Check for damages, moisture, or foreign debris that could stain or scratch the WPC doors.
Verify the quantity, model, and quality of WPC doors against the loading list. Ensure no defective products are included.
2. Loading Arrangement & Protection
Place WPC doors on standard pallets first to keep them off the container floor and prevent moisture absorption.
Use foam sheets or bubble wrap to cover each door's surface, especially the edges and corners, to avoid collision damage during transit.
Stack doors in a stable, vertical or horizontal manner Avoid overstacking to prevent deformation from excessive pressure.
3. Weight Distribution & Safety
Distribute the weight evenly across the container. Load heavier door batches first and place them at the container's center of gravity.
Do not exceed the container's maximum load capacity or the WPC doors' stacking weight limit to ensure structural safety.
Secure the loaded doors with stretch film or ropes (avoiding direct contact with door surfaces) to prevent sliding during transportation.
4. Post-Loading Check
Confirm all doors are properly secured and no loose items remain inside the container.
Record the loading process for documentation and traceability.
Seal the container tightly and check the seal number to ensure it matches the shipping documents.
