How are WPC Extruded Door Produced ?
- Raw material preparation (PVC resin, wood flour, calcium carbonate, additives).
- High-speed hot & cold mixing to ensure uniform blending and low moisture.
- Twin-screw extrusion (150–190°C): melt, compound, and extrude through a custom die into a continuous door panel profile.
- Vacuum calibration & water cooling to fix dimensions and prevent deformation.
- Haul-off & cutting to standard door heights.
- Surface treatment: lamination, heat transfer, or spray painting.
- CNC machining: trimming, lock & hinge hole drilling.
- Assembly with WPC frame and hardware.
- Quality inspection & packaging.
