A complete door generally consists of one door panel and three door frames. Today, we will focus on introducing the composition of the door frame, which has two parts: the door frames on the left and right sides, and the lintel above. Each of these three parts must include one door casing and two casing lines, differing only in length. If you have ordered a complete door, how should you assemble it?
Assambling
Today, we will talk about the assembly related to the door frame. To assemble a door properly, the first step is to splice the door frame. Select your preferred style of door casing and casing lines, then insert the two casing lines into the door casing. Note that the width must match the thickness of the wall-each style of door casing can be adjusted an additional 70-120mm based on its original width. After assembling the left, right, and top door frames, use glue to combine the three parts together, ensuring they fit the width of the door opening. With that, the door frame installation is complete.
