1、 Installation conditions
1. The installation method of reserved hole must be adopted, and it is strictly forbidden to build the hole while installing.
2. Only after the installation of floor works (such as floor tiles and stone materials) at the entrance can the installation be carried out. If the wall is wet, the moisture-proof materials shall be used for isolation.
2、 Installation tools
Electric hammer, wood hammer, flat file, edge planer, fine tooth saw (hacksaw), screwdriver, angle ruler, tape measure, wire hammer, electric drill, hole opener, stamp and drill of corresponding specifications.
3、 Installation materials
Self tapping screw, wood tooth screw, foam glue, towel, small wooden strip, glue, door lock, hinge, door stopper, wall damp proof material, iron sheet.
4、 Setup program
First of all, check whether the components of the wooden door are complete, whether the dimensions of the components are correct, and whether the distribution of each set of doors to the corresponding installation position is consistent with the size of the door opening.
1. Assembling door pocket
First, find out the door pocket and vertical plate, and align the joint according to the number on the back. The stope should be on the same plane, apply glue on the joint, and screw 80mm wood screw on the leading hole behind the joint, and tighten it with a screwdriver. Do not directly drive the screw into the door pocket. Check whether the size between the stopes is correct, and whether the joint is flat, dense and firm, Then install the iron sheet on the back of the vertical plate of the door pocket. When installing the iron sheet, use the 25 mm self tapping screw. The distance between the iron sheets should be 300-350 mm, and the distance between the iron sheets and the ground should be 200 mm.
2. Install the door pocket
Put the firmly assembled door pocket into the door opening as a whole, and fix the door pocket around with small wooden strips. Both sides of the door pocket should be on the same plane with the wall. Then check whether the whole door pocket is vertical to the ground, whether the two corners of the door pocket top plate and the two vertical plates are right angles, and whether the door pocket vertical plate is bent. Twist the two ends of the iron sheet to make it cover the wall. According to the position of the reserved hole on the iron sheet, drill 8mm hole on the wall with electric hammer, plug it with small wooden strip, fix the iron sheet on the wall with 80mm wood screw, fill and plug the gap between the door pocket and the wall with small wooden strip, check whether the door pocket is consistent with the door again, and then put in foam glue.
3. Installation of door leaf
First, open the hinge slot. The distance between the hinge slot and both ends of the door leaf should be 1 / 10 of the height of the door leaf. For heavy doors, three hinges should be installed. The depth of the hinge slot should be based on the thickness of the hinge. When installing the hinge, the screws matching the hinge should be used. The screws should be tightened with a screwdriver. The screws cannot be directly driven into the door leaf with a hammer. After the hinge on the door leaf is fixed, The hinge on the door pocket should be screwed with only one screw first, and then close the door to check whether the gap between the left and right sides of the door and the top is consistent, and whether the opening is flexible. After confirming that there is no error, tighten the other screws.
4. Install the door lock
Install the lock to the corresponding position according to the provided lock type, and the height of the lock position from the ground is 900-1000mm. After installation, check whether the door leaf and door lock switch are flexible, and whether the seam is in line with the specification.
5. Installation of door string
According to the size confirmation of the installation site, cut the wire saw of the door pocket with the right angle into a 45 degree angle, trim it with a flat file or a carpenter's plane, insert the right angle into the slot of the door pocket, and glue the door pocket line and the door pocket board with floor glue. The angle at the 90 degree contact point is consistent, flat, and the joint is tight. Glue the joint of the door pocket line, and nail a small straight nail at the top contact angle of both ends of the door pocket line to fix it.
6. Install the door stopper in the corresponding position.
